Probably a later September launch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; height: 0;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loom.com\/embed\/d2da95dbef454fd29a09ffaafd9841c5\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conversion of the Work Orders system to mobile friendly interfaces<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0This should launch by 2nd week of September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Horizontal scrolling on the multi calendar tape<\/strong>.\u00a0 In final phases of testing.\u00a0 Possible launch by 2nd week of September.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support for custom cancellation policies on VRBO<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0Possible mid September launch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entirely new REST API<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0This feature is much anticipated and will allow Lodgix to feature a completely open architecture.\u00a0 \u00a0Beta publication and testing should begin September 4th!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lots of resources are currently being put towards updating the mobile experience for guests and for Lodgix users, as well as making the application more developer friendly.\u00a0 \u00a0 It&#8217;s a large application with many moving parts, so it&#8217;s important that we step back from time to time to assure that the product is adapting with the times.\u00a0 In light of that, we really hope to spend considerable time in 4Q 2020 implementing a new mobile friendly dashboard, while also updating our invoicing and trigger systems.\u00a0 Those three systems are in dire need of a refresh!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;in addition to the assigning bed types to bedrooms feature that was outlined in our last blog post, the team has been hard at work on several initiatives: Version 2.0 of the Lodgix WordPress Plugin.\u00a0 \u00a0The video below gives a brief overview of where we are with that.
