50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

The location of the property was great! The apartment listing was very accurate and the pictures don't do justice of the breathtaking views you get out of every window. It was very spacious and communication with the property manager/concierge was excellent. We didn't take advantage of all the amenities and options the concierge made available to us (excursions, dinners, etc) but whatever questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. The apartment, although very clean and cozy, was a little dusty and the kitchen counters felt like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but it really was such a small issue and easily fixable by cleaning it ourselves. This property is highly recommended. My family is still dreaming of the balcony views and great time that was had. The property is up a hill and we did have a car but the beach and many shops are steps away!

Well what a sunset we had form the condo patio AMAZING! The condo was so lovely . The kids had the bunk beds and we had the master. Loads of space. Internet was great as our kids had online learning each morning. Water not great to drink but we just walked down the hill to get jugs of water... groceries as well. The beach is about 5 minutes walk . There were a couple of chairs and beach towels in the condo , so we borrowed those. The pool is lovely , a few kids around for our kids to play with. Oh a couple restaurants just below the condo and are lovely. I highly recommend this location... the sunset !!! The location!! We will return.

We booked within 1 month of arrival so there wasn't much to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised at how lucky we were by these accommodations! Our condo was clean and had amble supply of seating, sleeping arrangements for our family of 5, towels and kitchen supplies. The a/c worked great and had great water pressure. The beds were the most comfortable we have had in our 5 trips to Latin America thus far. Some basic maintenance and upkeep would make this property more of a wow but also understand that during this time, keeping staff versus replacing pool lighting, I would rather people be taken care of. The location was great for the area, all local restaraunts and shops and beach easily within walking distance. It is set up for tourists and we always felt safe. If you are looking for more 'authentic' Latin America experiences and nature, may we recommend Ostional or head north to Nicaragua. We would definitely stay here again to get away from Iowa cold and relax.

What a view! We made sure to sit and watch the sunset each evening from the balcony and it didn’t disappoint. The beds were comfortable and we loved the spaciousness of the corner suite. The convenience of the pool was great for cooling off and soaking up some sunshine!
