Welcome to the Haven, a modern style new home located in the Mar Vista community in Playa Flamingo. Experience total luxury and comfort while surrounded by the dry tropical forest. This new 2 Bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. The Haven is a single-level home with a split floor plan and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, A/C, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be made into a king upon request), comfortable mattresses and linens, a closet, and A/C. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as a washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and guest bedroom both have access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table and a private BBQ gas grill! All of this while surrounded in a pristine environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!

This vacation rental feels more like a home—not a rental. We have done many things to make it feel like your home while you are with us here in Costa Rica! As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap, are all included. The house is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

<p> <strong>Pet Friendly</p></strong>Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:
<p><em>- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.</em></p>
<p><em>- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.</em></p>
<p><em>- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.</em></p>

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more!
