This property measures 1,500 SF and has a private covered balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy world-class sunsets. There are 2 flat screen TV's with cable, Wi-Fi internet and a phone. There is a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board as well as a shared laundry room just down the hall. The condo complex's own clubhouse boasts an infinity-edge pool and lounge area.

There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. There is free assigned, covered parking for one car. Additional cars have parking in guest parking.
