The owners have furnished and decorated the condo with only top-of-the-line luxury finishings that are designed for comfort. It is fully A/C throughout. has high-speed Wifi and cable TV. Its white color, multiple windows, and sliding doors add a lot of light and allow you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze for an indoor atmosphere so cozy and inviting that you won't want to leave this vacation home.
On the first level, this vacation rental features an open concept and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you need. It features multiple seating areas for eating, quiet conversations, movies, or games.
The second level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom has incredible ocean views, a king-sized bed, an oversized covered balcony, and an office area with a desk and two chairs. The guest bedroom has a king-size, individual bed and a double bed in a loft just some stairs up, it is also spacious. Both rooms shared an ensuite bathroom. There is a full-size bed sofa in the living area, for up to 6 people comfortably sleeping.
Like sunbathing? We got you covered! You'll find plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and in front of the beach. There is also a common BBQ area for outdoor gatherings.
Families with children will love the two pools with a creek connecting them all on the beach, as well as the garden area, especially for the youngsters to get out all the extra energy. The Palms have 24-hour security, gated privacy, and access to a fitness center. There is a washer/dryer for your use. Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.
As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.

The condo was beautiful! It was very comfortable and perfect for our family. The staff at the Palms were very attentive and friendly. We loved our time in Playa Flamingo! We hoped to have use of some folding beach chairs to take down to sit on the beach as advertised in the listing, but there weren't any available in the condo to use. There were plenty of lounge chairs on the property but sometimes it's nice to sit right on the beach.

What a beautiful place that exceeded our expectations. The Palms is one of the best beaches and locations around. They have security, beach towel service, poolside bar welcome drink, kayaks, and SUPs that you can use free on the property, a good-sized gym with an amazing view, 24-hour security at the main gate, a long infinity pool, walk to a fun restaurant (Coco Locos). The unit was well-appointed with comfortable mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen with pristine utensils, a coffee maker, smart TV, good AC in each room with a remote control, finely decorated, high-quality linens, and towels. We used this place as a base to explore Tamarindo, local hiking, Diamante (recommended), ATV tours, and restaurants. The place has a responsive concierge on property that is good to meet in person and text as well. There are also high-end central grills on the property. This was our first time to Costa Rica and we loved it. We did the adventure things but also just chilled out at the property on the cushioned chaise lounges overlooking the private beach right next to the sand. Shopping do Super Massai which is 5 mins away. AS bigger market is close to Tamarindo. Beware, the roads in Costa Rica are narrow and full of potholes so drive with awareness. There is a small dirt road leading to the property but then it torns to asphalt.
Overall, we loved it. It beats a hotel and it beats a house on the hill as the beach is RIGHT THERE!!!!

The property was as advertised! Beautiful 2 bedroom villa that provided enough space for our family of 4. The villa was extremely clean and the location of villa to the beach was amazing...probably 75 feet from the beach and very close to the infinity pool as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The complex was very close to a lot of local restaurants. A few restaurant recommendations would be: The Surf Box and alonico for breakfast and Angelinas and La Forketta for dinner. As an FYI the route to the complex from the airport is a little journey and at times we felt we might be heading the wrong direction but we eventually made our way to the complex. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. I would definelty stay at the villa again and would recommend Villa 3 to anyone interested!!

The Palms at Playa Flamingo is very nice. We think the villa we stayed at was nicer than in the pictures. The concierge was friendly, welcoming, and everyone that worked on the property was friendly and helpful. For us, it place was heavenly. Our only complaint is we didn't stay long enough! We hope to return someday.

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch.
The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc.
Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless.
Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.
