This property features 3 Bedrooms, and 3 Bathrooms plus an office in the main home as well as a detached 500 SF apartment. Flamingo Estates 18 is a two-level home and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The main level of the home features a bedroom and full bathroom with a king bed, office, laundry room, kitchen, and living and dining area. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as access to a private covered terrace. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as cable TV and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The living area has access to the garden and private palapa area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers.

One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home services, and more! We hope to have you as our guests.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Wonderful home in a great area, minutes drive to Playa Flamingo. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very clean and secure. I loved the digital check-in. Ample room for the seven of us. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The pool and outdoor area was nice. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending.

La casa es muy linda, espaciosa y bien distribuida, tiene muy buena ubicación; pero la privacidad en la propiedad en este momento NO EXISTE debido a las dos construcciones q se realizan a ambos lados de la misma, desde el día q llegamos se notan los trabajadores viendo para adentro de la propiedad, tanto en la casa, como fuera de esta al área de piscina.
El host jamás nos indicó tal situación y no tuvimos opción de decidir si lo aceptamos o no.
Esto aparte de los ruidos fuertes q generan los equipos de construcción y el personal de las mismas desde las 6 am.
Y ME PARECE Q DURANTE VARIOS MESES PRÓXIMOS va ser la misma situación!

Es un lugar con orden, aseo, seguridad y lo necesario para pasarla bien. Lo que se establece en la publicidad del lugar, es así.
Está muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y otros servicios.
Además de Flamingo hay otras playas cercanas, razón por la que hay mucho por hacer y disfrutar.

This 3 bedroom house with a 1 bedroom cabana was very comfortable for us 8 adults that stayed there for 3 nights. The house had everything that we expected, it was clean, and the pool was warm. I recommend this house to any travellers.

The flamingo estate was more than worth it! The location of the Airbnb was minutes away from all of the activities we did in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of its amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Costa Rica :)

We absolutely loved staying here. From the communication on how to locate the property to videos on how to get into the gate, everything was flawless. The property was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The team helped us book a great golf cart with zero hassle in getting it. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. With 8 adult couples we all had our own rooms and bathrooms with a large living area and kitchen to spend time in. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, it has an outdoor shower and bathroom that made coming home from the beach effortless. The road into the estates is a little hidden and could be easily missed, in our rental cars. It was graveled and bumpy, with homebuilding and construction around the property. It is an easy walk into town for local restaurants, and grocery shopping. It takes a little longer to Flamingo beach but doable. There is an ocean view from the upstairs balcony that is beautiful. The property management Blue Zone Experience responded to our needs very quickly, Mariela with concierge was extremely friendly and and helpful. We had local chef Karen Andrade "The Singing Chef" cook for us one evening and it was amazing! Highly recommend that experience. For a big group we would rent this house again.
