Paseo Miraflores 42 welcomes you! This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental within the Las Catalinas Development conveniently located very near to the parking lot, which makes it so much easy to reach your car without the worries of extra expense on valet parking.
This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens.
The house has been nicely decorated and features a fully stocked kitchen, which upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living area leads to a balcony with amazing views of the ocean and sunset, where you can swing on the bed swing, read a book or relax to the sound of the ocean's waves in the distance. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
The parking service is for free. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.
Don't miss the Beach Club with pools, jacuzzi, gym, and restaurant service for $16 per person as an access fee, ask at Las Catalinas concierge desk.

That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Very nice place, with an amazing view. Kitchen is great, very comfortable space to be and calm. They got u cover on games and things you can perhaps use at the house or take to the beach. It was a very good stay.

We’ve stayed at LC several times and found this to be a great value. Perfect location for our family (direct access to the splash pad, beach, food, parking). The unit was very clean. We had issues with the lock, but someone came quickly and replaced the unit. Will be back!

Great apartment, with beautiful views from the balcony. A few steps from the attractions of town including restaurants and the beach. Access to an exceptional trail system for walking and biking. Las Catalinas is a place of great beauty - a magical world apart. The only thing that slightly marred an otherwise perfect vacation was the construction noise and activity beginning right across from the house, which continues 7 days a week. We knew about this before coming, but not quite the extent of it. Nevertheless, we would jump at the chance to come again and are most grateful for our time there.

Beautiful location with great views. The beds were extremely comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The apartment has everything you need to cook and they even offer beach chairs and towels, we had a great time.
One thing to notice is that there’s no cellphone signal and WiFi is flaky, we didn’t have internet access for most of our stay, so if you’re planning to do remote work from here, keep that in mind. Also the restaurants in the area are very nice and the food is great but there are no affordable options, very expensive.
There’s no night life either, it’s a place for quiet time and rest.
There’s work being done in the area in the mornings so you can hear the trucks and the construction work since early morning, this was mentioned by the host so we were aware, but keep that in mind as well. Nights are super quiet, so it’s only during day time.
