Pacific Beach Condo 2 is located on the ground floor so you don't have to worry about stairs and will be just steps from the beautiful Potrero beach. This vacation home welcomes you with bright and airy interiors that create a luxurious light-filled space among the beach-like color palette that will remind you of the ocean and the sunsets.
This Condo comes fully furnished with air-conditioning throughout, cable smart TV, High-speed WiFi, comfortable furniture, and ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen, includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, stove, refrigerator, and all the utensils needed to cook at your ease, there is a bar with stools and a table for 4 so you decide where to eat. The living room has a couch perfect for movies or family times, its sliding doors fill the place with light and sea breeze and lead you to the terrace where you can be embraced by the view or seat to read or have lunch.
There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds that we can put together for a King size if needed. Both bedrooms with ceiling fans, A/C, with top-of-the-line mattresses and lines to get the rest you deserve after a day on the beach. There is also a washer and dryer
This vacation condo has plenty of space for family or friends. and truly everything that you will need to enjoy a relaxing tropical vacation.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful home. We love it the most because we get to stay next door to our friends who live here year round but we love it also because it's like a home away from home but with an oceanfront view. The property is quiet, secure, and you get to hear birds and monkeys in the early morning; see beautiful birds, iguanas, and dragonflies during the day and once, even some cows on the beach! The condo is clean, spacious for our needs, and equipped with all manner of items (beach towels, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen). The pool is awesome and the highlight for our young daughter. The property management company was easy to work with to reserve, a little more challenging with the details but with typical American determination, we got what we needed (airport transfers, car rental, key drop off).
