If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Alejandro’s place is beautiful and while the pics are exact they do no justice for how beautiful this place really is. Communication was great, the concierge was extremely helpful and friendly and so were the guys who assisted with parking our vehicle and getting to and from our place there. All positive things to say about Alejandro’s…looking forward to returning in the fall. Thank you Alejandro and staff at 360 Splendor ❤️

What a great stay! Great Restaurants like Oceana, Angelino's, and Hazel nearby. Everything you need in a small area. I really recommend getting a golf cart. We were able to go to Potrero, and other areas nearby very easily. In potrero you have Hemmingway's, the brewery, and the shack. Can't go wrong. A++++++

The location was superb. We could not have asked for a better view. However, the hot tubs have to be reserved and it was not heated. We had to wait for the maintenance man to get it set up even with a reservation and it never got very warm. Quite disappointing. There were ants in the kitchen. They are very tiny ants but they covered anything left on the counter. When the cleaning people came they took our dirty towels and didn't replace them. We had to ask for more towels. Other than that our stay was very nice. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very good and communication was excellent.

Wow! The stunning views here are truly breathtaking - you can never get a bad view. Photos don’t do them justice. Waking up to that scenery, enjoying the infinity pool, and starting each day with a delicious breakfast made this stay unforgettable. The golf cart shuttle made everything so easy, and the staff, Steven, Marlon, and Julio, were incredibly kind and helpful. Flamingo Marina, just a short walk or shuttle ride away, was perfect for coffee, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!
