If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

We absolutely loved the condo, the view and Flamingo. We loved walking out of 304 and into the infinity pool. We stayed at two other places during our two weeks in Costa Rica but this was our favorite.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 360 Splendor del Pacifico for 10 days in early February 2023. From the moment I began working on our vacation with Flower, the head concierge at 360, back in November, I knew I'd found a great place. We hadn't traveled since Covid and I began my vacation research feeling a little less confident. The responses and help I got from Flower gave me the reassurance I needed to feel secure in the choice of 360 as our destination in Costa Rica. She answered all of my emails and questions promptly and with a very positive energy and helped us plan an excellent vacation. For transportation from the airport, we opted not to rent a car and take the shuttle (arranged by Flower). Once we got through customs (which took a while) we were met by the very friendly and helpful greeter who introduced us to the also friendly driver. The 1 hour + ride was easy. When we arrived we were immediately met by the wonderful Marielle who with the help of Katerina got us into a waiting golf cart and brought us to our apartment overlooking the pool, the beach and beyond! We were stunned by the AMAZING VIEWS both from the front patio as well as the back terrace - truly breathtaking! Marielle was extremely welcoming and helpful and took time to familiarize us with the lovely and totally equipped apartment. It had a full kitchen adjoining a comfortable and spacious living area, a large bedroom with kingsize (super comfortable) bed, great bathroom and washer/dryer. There was air conditioning but we didn't use it since with the front doors and back terrace open there was a wonderful, strong and constant breeze throughout the apartment. The location of 360 is truly that - a 360 degree perch on top of a hill with unspoiled views all around. We took advantage of the option to preorder groceries and they were there exactly as requested and of high quality.
Many guests rented golf carts to get themselves around but we were very content to use the complimentary gold cart driven by either Steven, Jean Carlos or Katerina who were all great, friendly and helpful at all times. While there we took 3 tours: Catamaran Sunset Cruise (with snorkeling) - really fun and beautiful, the Palo Verde riverboat tour which we loved and the Rio Celeste Rain Forest tour (all of which picked us up at 360). We also had an amazing couples massage on the roof deck with Eli and Lorena who were excellent! Other than these activities, we spent almost everyday at the Playa Flamingo beach walking the length of it and finding shaded areas to hang out and read and swim in the most beautiful turquoise water! We had most of our lunches at Coco Loco (our fave) and found good dinner spots nearby: Estero Azul (right on the beach - not fancy! but great!), Camparino Italian (also not fancy but great Italian), Amigos Taco Bar - exactly that - basic and great!, higher end: Patagonia in Brasalito - excellent and lastly Angelina's which caters to a more American palette also good!
I want to thank Marielle for making our stay truly wonderful. She was always there when we had any questions or needed help with anything, and always prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. So, to Flower who got us started on the journey and Marielle who helped make our stay perfect, thank you so much!!
