This vacation home features outdoor terraces in both bedrooms and the living room which brings fresh air and the charming sounds of small, neighborhood streets into the home. They serve as a constant reminder of all of the wonder that lies just outside and connects the interior of the home in a way that naturally encourages guests to spend time together.

The kitchen and dining have an open concept that leads to the terrace, showing a full naturally illuminated space for a serene atmosphere of luxurious immersion in the surroundings. In addition to the timbered ceilings and the overall decoration gives you that sensation warm feeling of home. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook at your ease.

The bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathrooms, allowing you to have personal time in a peaceful and quiet environment every night. The guest room’s queen-base bunk bed with a trundle bed (queen bed) creates enough space to sleep 4 in this flat.

A full washer and dryer are on hand for when you need to clean gear to prepare for another day on the trails, around town, or in the ocean. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, creamer, soaps, and shampoo.

Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100 acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, Limonada restaurant, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

There are 9 restaurants/food locations onsite at Las Catalinas, with more coming in 2022. A new micro-brewery pub is presently being completed and opening soon as well. Plus, there is now a brand-new splash pad in the town square for the kids, a daycare center, and a car rental. The Copper and Stone is an amazing upscale boutique gourmet market with a deli counter and a comfortable outdoor porch to lounge on. Pura Vida Ride is a beachfront sports store that sells bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, snorkeling equipment, etc. At Pura Vida Ride they can rent kayaks, sup boards, and mountain bikes for a great day on the ocean or 1000 acres of mountain trails surrounding Las Catalinas.

Center of Joy it's a wellness facility that offers yoga three days a week with many more functions coming available soon. The Wake Salon offers a range of spa treatments, massages, facials, Mani/Pedi, etc. Four clothing stores offer a wide variety of fashions. The fitness center CORE is a professionally run outdoor gym/fitness area featuring many different types of exercise classes in a range of levels.

The parking service is for free. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.

That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust.
