If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Es como sentirse en casa, la amabilidad de todo el personal, la rapidez a las consultas, la organización de los traslados, el desayuno, la disposición a ayudarte en lo que sea, fueron la constante en mi estadía. Los felicito, son inmejorables!!!
El lugar y sus vistas, fuera de este mundo!!!!....me atrevería a decir que tiene las mejores vistas y la mejor endless-view pool de Costa Rica!!!...volvería a ir mil veces mas!!!!

Ubicados en una colina con vista a Playa Flamingo, estos condominios se encuentran en una hermosa ubicación. Cada mañana se incluía un desayuno recién preparado. Teníamos un dormitorio con vista al mar, completo con una cocina bien equipada, una cama muy cómoda y un excelente café. Pasamos mucho tiempo relajándonos en el balcón, contemplando los veleros, las puestas de sol y las aves, además de relajarnos en la hermosa piscina infinita con vista a la playa. Mariela, la conserjería, fue de gran ayuda y muy amable, al igual que Esteban, nuestro conductor del carrito de golf. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que desee vida nocturna, pero nos encantó la tranquilidad y las increíbles vistas. Los restaurantes más cercanos al pie de la colina son bastante buenos. Es muy difícil llegar a cualquier lugar desde este lugar. Su servicio de transporte en carrito de golf lo llevará hasta la base de la colina, pero tendrá que caminar desde allí. Puedes alquilarles un carrito de golf, pero yo solo lo usaría para la playa o el puerto deportivo. ¡Ir a cualquier otro lugar te costará! Habría costado $100 ida y vuelta solo para ir a Tamarindo a 30 minutos de distancia.
