We recommend prearrival shopping for your convenience, to cook at your ease in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy your meals at the diner table in the kitchen area or outside on the balcony where there is another table for 4.
To make sure you rest very comfortably, all our rooms feature top-quality mattresses and lines, also cable TV. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light but they have blackout curtains so you sleep any time of the day without being bothered by the light. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet, and a private bathroom. The second room has two single beds and a closet. You can find a washer and dryer as well.
It's an ideal place with plenty of family-oriented activities just minutes from the front door. The local food and customs are amazing. Fun and excitement surround you. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Fantastic condo! The location is perfect as it is a ten minute walk from town and across the street from the beach. Tamarindo has tons to do to include amazing restaurants, local shopping, and a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the sunsets as surfers hit the waves. A very family friendly environment that is clean and beautifully maintained.
The condo is brand new with all top notch amenities. Bedrooms are beautiful with top of the line beds and linens. No detail was missed! Kitchen is beautiful, bathrooms are large and modern and two separate balconies were awesome for watching the sunset. The complex has beautiful pools and tons of outdoor living and entertaining options. This spot is perfect for families or couples who want to get away from it all and still never run out of things to do. We will certainly be back!

Preciosa lugar , el condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades y más , amplia piscina , área de parrilla genial , gym , la azotea espectacular para apreciar el amanecer y atardecer, además se encuentra cerca de playas magníficas .
Está es lo segunda vez que me quedo en residencias dentro de este condómino península y son espectaculares.
Lo recomiendo y volveré sin duda alguna
