This stunning and fun 2-bedroom flat, overlooking a beautiful plaza from each of its 2terraces, and highlighted by natural light coming from the windows in the home’s 10 sets of French Doors, perfectly blends comfort and nature.

Approaching the flat, you walk through the lovely tree-lined Plaza Carlota to be greeted by the sight and sound of water cascading over its magnificent fountain. Up 6 stairsteps, the home’s front door opens into a cheerful entry featuring a private shower for rinsing off beach sand or freshening up after a day on the trails.

The open living area features an oversize white micro-concrete island, framed by 6 comfortable bar stools. The fully appointed kitchen has custom wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances, a welcoming hub of activity.

Opening 3 sets of French Doors, you will find a private terrace running the length of the home, complete with a splash pool, lounge chairs, BBQ grill and a beautifully finished teak cabaret table with 4 high-top chairs. All of this is framed by a charming.

<p> <strong>Notice</p></strong>Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust.
