If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Nice clean 2 bedroom condo (104A) with a beautiful view. The staffed check in process, concierges and breakfast onsite makes this property a nice combination of a hotel and a more traditional Airbnb home.

We loved our stay at 360 Splendor and this unit had incredible views. Everything was as described and the hosts were very responsive. Lots of amenities in the condo unit. The staff and concierge at 360 were wonderful. We look forward to returning.

Stunning place with out of this world panoramic views
The breakfast is outstanding and access to coffee 24 hours a day was a huge perk. Staff were also very attentive and helpful.
The infinity pool was perfect temperature and grounds spotless.
Overall the stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay again.

The space is lovely, we enjoyed our stay. You’ll be greeted on check in by the concierge as well as a person who will assist you getting to and from the beach or marina via golf cart (there are runs on the hour every hour) otherwise you can rent your own golf carts or walk (it is safe but a rather steep walk). If you have children or are elderly I would recommend renting a golf cart even if you also have a car.
The view is incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms felt luxurious. The concierge staff is so helpful and the included breakfast was great.
