Villagio 30B is a cozy condo located in Playa Potrero, a few minutes from the beach and many other convenient services like restaurants, clinic, drugstore, supermarkets and the local brewery. There is a parking space and security 24/7 in the main gate. Villagio Complex features a beautiful pool sourranded by gardens and palms, outdoor shower and pool chairs, There is a kids pool just next to the main one.
The condo has a main bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and a wood wardrobe, all these are was recently remodeled by the new owner.
A twin bed can be used in the living room as a place to sleep or just hanging out with family and friends. If you continue upstairs there is a new loft made with local wood, the area has two single beds (you can join the beds together according to your preference to convert in a king), ceiling fan, wardrobe and half bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is located just entering the condo, it has a garden view and all you need to prepare the meals of if you hire a private chef with our concierge service.
You can find a dining area in the condo terrace, especially designed to enjoy outdoor breakfast or any other activity with your love ones.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

We had a great time, the complex(pool and public areas) was beautiful and very calm always, enough to feel at home and rest as a family vacation. The house was perfectly clean when we went in and during our stay, all as shown, no surprises other than positive ones. Alexandra was amazing pending on anything we may have needed. Condo was clean and has everything you need. The upstairs bedroom with bathroom was perfect! Neighbours were great. Family friendly but also perfect for adults too! Updated,Clean and Safe. We will be back here again for sure! Don’t hesitate to book this place - you will be very happy!

My husband and I stayed in 30b for 2 weeks last winter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…..the modern updated unit, the shaded outdoor terrace, the quietness and beautiful landscaping. The pool was perfect and never too busy. The location was perfect…just a nice 10 minute walk to several restaurants and 4 quiet beaches. If you don’t want to venture far there was an Italian restaurant, gelato, bakery and fish market next door. We plan to return in 2025.
