If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

This Airbnb property is ideally located near a wonderful variety of activities and shopping stores. The home itself is immaculate and nicely maintained. The rear patio provides a perfect viewing of the mountainous terrain in the distance, and the pool the perfect solution for relaxing after a fun day of exploring. Alexa, the property manager is always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. Though this was our first stay at this lovely Airbnb, we are already planning our next visit.

Hola Estuve por una semana en Altos #38 Nos pareció increíble para todo lo que hicimos allá la renovación de votos de mis amigos orths, el campo la tranquilidad su picsina, Mirar los venados por la mañana todo un éxito queremos volver allí nuevamente y la Atención de Alexandra Arguedas siempre muy Amable y pendiente de todo hasta el último detalle, Saludos y pronto volveremos ?
