There’s no better way to invite you and your party to enjoy time together and delicious meals than with a well equipped kitchen complete with an island seating 4 and outdoor courtyard. Adjacent is the 8 seat dining table that leads to the main floor deck and plunge pool. Keep the doors open to enjoy the relaxing cascade sound while taking your time to capture the warm sensation of peace that the living room will make you feel.
When it comes to rest, this house features 5 bedrooms all with top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. The primary has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, there are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathrooms as well, one room with two twins that can be joined into a king, and the last bedroom with two twin bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The house has complimentary house mom service including daily cleaning & light laundry.
The house is fully equipped with ceiling fans, A/C and cable Smart TVs, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as shampoo, shower gel & hand soap. Also for your use are: beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.
<p> <strong>About the Area</p></strong>Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The parking service is for free, the town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.
Beach Club access (Pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant service) is available for $16 per person, per day and may be purchased at the concierge desk of Las Catalinas.
<p> <strong>Notice</p></strong>Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

This beautiful home is everything you could ask for and more. The moment we walked in, there was fresh juice and fruit to welcome us. The house mom is beyond sweet, very accommodating and simply a joy. The three-story home is very close to the beach. One of my favorite things about it is hearing the ocean waves as you drift off to sleep. There are two gorgeous balconies facing the ocean, upon which to gaze at the sunset each night. I enjoy doing morning yoga on the balcony as well as sipping coffee. The kitchen might just be the highlight of the entire home, it’s simplicity and openness ties the home together & is a lovely place to enjoy home cooked meals. I simply cannot recommend a better home in Las Catalinas. You will love it from the moment you arrive.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Casa de Los Suenos. The house was everything expected and more. The location of this property in Las Catalinas is absolutely one of the best for enjoying the sunset from the master suite balcony in the evenings; an exclamation point to a perfect day. After staying at the property, I feel like a got a deal based on experience and value compared to the cost. Staying at this property truly made my vacation phenomnal and I will be sure to stay here again in the future. 5/5 stars!

I recently stayed at Casa de Los Sueños and had an incredible experience! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tatiana, our house Mom, was exceptional in ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and the nearby town was a true gem. Costa Rica is indeed a remarkable destination, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

We've had the pleasure to stay at La Costa a few times. It's the perfect vacation spot -- so much to do in a small radius (including the town)! Great food, friendly people, perfect weather, and stunning surroundings make it a place to go back to again and again. Beyond the incredible environment, the staff is incredibly helpful and talented. I have stayed at Casa de Los Suenos about 4 times & it’s perfect in every possible way! It’s beautifully decorated, in a comfortable casual chic style, & the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals, or to invite company over with a meal you’ve ordered at the Las Catalinas grocery store. The setting & view is exquisite—a gorgeous ocean view—and a quick walk to the practically private beach. Casa de las Suenos’ house mom also takes care of all your housekeeping needs, & she can even provide a full Costa Rican Breakfast if you would like. There are 3 Furnished porches to relax, read, or watch the nightly orange sunsets. Las Catalinas is a lovely small “village” with all the resort amenities, &with casual to fancier restaurants, cafes, & even a gelatteria. Enjoy beach walking, biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming at the beach or 3 pools, or relaxing in the hot tub or sauna. And Casa de Los Suenos even has its own plunge pool if you want to cool off at “home”. You will LOVE this villa!

One of my absolute favorite places to stay in the world. Las Catalinas is magical, and Casa de Los Suenos is located right in the heart. Steps to the beach and a short to stroll to everything the town has to offer. The home is beautifully designed and perfect for entertaining with a room for every occasion, including my favorite, a huge third-floor balcony overlooking the Pacific that's perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. I have so many amazing memories in this home (like getting married!), and I can't wait to make more.

Love this home so much! We try to get down to Las Catalinas at least once per year and don’t even bother researching other properties, Casa de los Sueños has everything we need and is just perfect for our family. The house mom, Tatiana, is so kind, accommodating, and such a great cook. Easy access to the beach and literally everything in Las Catalinas. Such a great town with some of the best hiking (and mountain biking) trails in Costa Rica. Can’t wait to visit again.
