If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a 5% cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, date changes, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.
50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a credit card authorization on the day of check in for Security Deposit. This authorization drops off within 72 hours after check out if everything is in satisfactory condition.

Casa Carolina was perfect for our wedding week home as we got married beachfront in Las Catalinas. The most amazing views, every amenity you could imagine, daily housekeeper, everything you need for the pool and beach, chef services, grocery store run services, and not to mention a breathtaking, comfortable home. We can’t wait to come back! There were also monkeys on the trees right by the pool giving us a show and monkeys howling in the morning. Wonderful experience and the team was very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend.
