All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 45 days prior to your check-in date. All cancellations are subject to a fee. If you cancel 45 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund less 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 45 days from your check-in date you are subject to lose your entire deposit balance. Unusual and/or extenuating circumstances may be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of Rockport Living Vacation Rentals.

Payment in form of check, cashier's check or money order must be received within 5 days of the date reservation is made. If you prefer to use a credit card a 3% convenience will apply. You will receive an email confirmation of the payment and details of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations placed within 30 days of check-in date will require payment in full at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We only accept checks on reservations made more that 30 days before the check-in date to allow time for processing. Please reference reservation dates and confirmation number when sending checks.
