If Guest wishes to cancel all or a portion of the Rental Term, Guest must notify the Rental Manager in writing at least seven (7) days before the Check-in Date. If Guest cancels all or a portion of the Rental Term less than seven (7) days before the Check-in Date, Guest will be charged $500.00 for every day canceled. The Rental Manager will make a good faith effort to re-rent the Villa for the canceled portion of the Rental Term and, in calculating the cancellation fee, the Rental Manager will give Guest credit for each night for which the Villa is re-rented. No refunds will be made for inclement weather conditions or ruined expectations for any reason.
A reservation deposit is required. A deposit is due and payable upon return of this signed Agreement in order to secure the Guest’s reservation. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the rental rate. Payment in full of the following fees, less the Reservation Deposit, will be due within 1 day prior to the Arrival Date.
