This home has three levels: Main Level has one bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath with shower. Kitchen, Living Room and TV room are also on this level.
Upper level has a huge loft that open to the TV room as well as the master bedroom with king bed and master bath with jetted tub & separate shower. Master bedroom has a door that closes it off from the loft area.
Lower level has open area with futon that opens to a double, two bedrooms with full beds and a full bathroom with double sinks. Each bedroom has glass sliding doors that open to the lower level patio and take advantage of the gorgeous water and beach views.
There is a large fire pit and horseshoe playing pits at the beach, as well as a wood platform for relaxing or setting up chairs.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the scheduled check in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposit will be retained for any cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled check in date UNLESS the property is rented for the term of your original reservation, in which case the deposit will be refunded.
50% of total rent amount is due within 30 days of the reservation request. Reservations without deposits will be cancelled without prior notice.
