Deposit will be retained for any cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled check in date UNLESS the property is rented for the term of your original reservation, in which case the deposit will be refunded.
50% of total rent amount is due within 30 days of the reservation request. Reservations without deposits will be cancelled without prior notice.
