Guest Inquires

From the first point of contact the Lodgix inquiry management system is helping to answer inquiries, quote available properties, & provide Book Now options. In the case of unavailable properties, autosuggest other like properties that are available.

Guest Books

Using either a direct link or our state of the art booking calendars, the guest can easily book the dates from their computer or mobile device. Credit card data is securely stored at the payment gateway, assuring strict compliance to all PCI Compliance mandates. A configurable email is fired off to the recipient(s) of your choice.

Step2 Screen

Availability Sync’d

The dates will be immediately blocked off on all calendars and sync’d to other listing sites like VRBO, HomeAway, FlipKey (iCal), AirBNB and Booking.com. Updating multiple calendars is a thing of the past.

Step3 Screen

Dashboard Updated

The Lodgix dashboard pending reservation queue will be immediately updated highlighting any special services the guest has ordered, whether a pet is present or not and also alerting the property manager if the rental agreement has been signed digitally (requires Digital Signatures Module).

Step4 Screen

Invoice Generated

An invoice will be generated for each reservation. Every invoice is completely configurable. One-time changes to rates, fees, deposits and taxes are all permissible. Discounts can be applied. Any automated length of stay discounts or per person rates that are present will also be reflected in the invoice.

Step5 Screen

Payment Processed

To confirm a reservation a payment must be processed (or recorded) in the amount of the reservation deposit. Reservation deposits can be a percentage or a fixed amount and can include all or some of any fees, services, rental charges and deposits. Once the payment is reflected on the invoice, the invoice will be confirmed and won’t show up again in the dashboard until the remaining balance is due.

Communication Initiated

After the booking is confirmed (or before depending on your preference) Lodgix can be configured to automate your communication workflow. All communications & documents can be dynamically generated using merge tags to produce great looking, customized emails & professional PDFs. Lodgmix can be programmed to send out confirmation emails, balance due reminders, pre-arrival checklists, Wi-Fi and door codes, directions, during stay checkout reminders & post stay review requests.
