Guest Communications Overhaul is Underway!
We are putting the final pieces in place for a 100% replacement of our current guest email and PDF creation platform. It’s an exciting enhancement to the application. Some of the features include:
- Much improved, super easy-to-use, visual editor
- Built-in smart tags, which are a replacement for our current merge tags
- Built-in AI assist
- Support for headers / footers.
- Much improved PDF previews
The end result should offer you the ability to create some super snazzy emails and PDFs that your guests (and marketing team) will appreciate! We are awaiting a couple of updates from our platform vendor. Once those are in place, we hope to get this out the door sometime in late April / early May 20025.
Property Management Module Update Work Continues
This is a large project and it’s kinda sorta super complicated. Exciting, but complicated.
Improvements that can be expected:
- Ability to pay owners monthly for long term stays.
- Ability to carry owner balances (positive or negative) from period to period
- Ability to generate owner statements to the screen
- Ability to toggle owner statement status between “In Review” and “Published”
- Ability to view historical owner statements on screen
- Ability to view at-a-glance management earnngs
