No. Automated sending is turned off by default. Of course, we recommend you turn it on. Our guest messaging AI is very, very good at delivering contextual, appropriate responses that have been trained on your property data and policies.

Yes. Connect your own AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any MCP client) to your Lodgix data through the Lodgix MCP Server. Yes, Lodgix offers two apps on both the Google Play and Apple Stores. The Lodgix Admin app lets you manage bookings, calendars, and guest messaging from your phone. The Staylio app gives your guests access to stay details, messaging and agreements. The Lodgix Admin app and Staylio guest app are included with every Lodgix plan at no additional cost.
