Can guests sign during online booking?
Yes. Switch on signing at the time of booking, and your booking checkout adds an agreement step where the guest reads the agreement, types their name, and accepts it before paying. The deposit and cancellation policies get their own checkbox on the same step.
What about bookings from Airbnb, Vrbo, or the phone?
Send a signing link by email from the reservation, or add the signing link merge tag to an automated trigger so every booking gets the request without you lifting a finger.
Does the guest get a copy?
Yes. Once the guest signs, Lodgix emails them the signed PDF and saves a copy to the reservation, with the audit trail attached.
Are e-signed rental agreements included in every plan?
